Executive property & boatrental manager
Mid April – mid October 2025

What are you going to do?

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
• Planning and executing structural maintenance of holiday homes & gardens, boats, bicycles and the office.
• Instructing guest and checking materials at the boat rental.
• Handling requests and complaints satisfactorily.
• Ad hoc maintenance of houses, boats and bicycles.

What we ask from you:

• A representative person with eye for our guests
• Affinity with the recreation industry
• Flexibility and hand-on mentalit
• Good general technical knowledge & solution-oriented thinking
• Independence and responsibility
• Driver's license and trailer experience
• Collegiality
• Good communication skills, fluent in English. Swedish, German and/or Dutch has added value.

What do we offer?

• A challenging position within a small, international organization.
• A full-time position from mid-April to mid-October, requiring a lot of flexibility. Working days are governed by the work.
• Salary according to the guidelines of the Swedish Hotel and Restaurant union.
