Insurance damage to lodgings

If you accidentally damage something in your holiday house, the damage to lodging coverage applies. This coverage includes damage to the building and furniture intended for private use at the property. The coverage is up to 20.000 SEK, with an excess of 250 SEK. The insurance is automatically included in the booking, and the coverage amount varies by property.

Damage to the swimming pool, jacuzzi, or boats is not covered by this insurance. In such cases, a separate rental agreement must be signed, and a security deposit is required.

Payment options

You can pay at SWEEDS in the following way:

When you make an online reservation, 25% of the booking must be paid directly. Six weeks before arrival, the remaining rent must be paid. The necessary payment details can be found in your booking confirmation.

If online payment causes any issues, please contact us so we can provide you with payment details for a bank transfer.

With a last-minute booking, we will inform you personally about the payment method.

Privacy

We believe that personal data of visitors of our website should be treated with utmost care.

Processing personal data

With each reservation request or booking the full names of the booker will be requested. We also ask for a telephone number where you can be reached during the day, so we can personally serve you. This information will only be used to make the reservation and in time of your stay at our facilities. Your information will not be provided to third parties.

GDPR

We treat your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means, among other things, that your personal information will only be used for the realization of the booking. Your details will not be passed on to third parties and you can always retrieve your information, (to) modify or delete from our system. Read more about GDPR>>
